At GENESI, your satisfaction and confidence in our skincare products are important to us. We take pride in offering quality skincare and providing personalized customer care.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Any original factory seals, where applicable, must remain intact.

Return Shipping

GENESI offers complimentary shipping on eligible purchases. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Returned products must be securely packaged. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

Original shipping costs incurred by GENESI are not charged back to the customer for standard eligible returns.

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed skincare products are generally not eligible for standard returns.

If you experience irritation or have concerns about a product, please discontinue use and contact us. We will review your concern individually and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an error or defect is confirmed, GENESI will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including necessary return shipping costs when applicable.

Refunds

Once your eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including applicable refundable sales taxes, in accordance with applicable law.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
